Ingredients
500 grams of lamb (minced)
2 onions
2 tomatoes
3 green peppers
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 cup of rice
1 cup of hot water
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
How to Make Chateaubriand?
Preparing the Meat:
Cut the lamb into small pieces. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and add the meat. Cook until the meat releases its juice and absorbs it back.
Preparing the Vegetables:
Finely chop the onions and cube the green peppers and tomatoes. Add the onions to the pan with the meat and cook until they soften. Then, add the peppers and tomatoes, mixing well.
